The innovations and the developments in technology require new changes. And in accordance with these innovations and developments, the workers who work in industry need to change and improve their quality. In this study, both the effects of the requirements of the customers on curriculums and the quality dimensions of these students are studied and determined. It has been examined required qualifications which qualifications are important or have the necessary qualifications. It is of Total Quality Management and some notions which are related to this notion. It is based on the description of education and some main notions which are related to education. The importance of the Total Quality Management is also emphasized. It is based on the description of Technical and Vocational schools and their importance in education system. The main factors which effect on the education quality are examined and determined. It is explained that customer oriented on technical training why is very important. Customer oriented on technical training provides to bring up qualified manpower who can fulfill requirements and expects of companies. Because, one of the most important factors in success of company and industry is qualified manpower. The main factors which effect on the education quality of Technical and Vocational Schools are the requirements of the customers or industry. For this reason, the curriculum of Technical and Vocational Schools ought to be organized and developed according to the requirements of the customers or industry.
