Cdse/cdte Güneş Pillerini Elektrodepozisyon Yöntemi ile Üretmek

Abstract

Bu çalışmadaki amaç güneş pilleri olan CdSe/CdTe filmleri üretebilmektir. Üretme işlemi için Bilecik Şeyh Edebali Üniversitesi Meslek Yüksekokulunda bulunan potansiyostat/galvanostat cihazı kullanılacaktır. Üretilen CdSe/CdTe filmlerin büyütme şartları literatüre göre değiştirilerek en iyi sonuçlar araştırılacaktır. Çalışmanın sonucunda üretilen CdSe/CdTe filmlerin yapısal ve optik analizleri sırasıyla XRD, SEM - EDX, UV analizleri yapılarak incelenecek ve kaliteli hücre oluşma koşulları belirlenecektir.

The aim of this study is to produce CdSe / CdTe films which are solar cells. Potentiostat / galvanostat device at BilecikSeyhEdebali University Vocational School will be used for the production process. The growth conditions of CdSe / CdTe films produced will be changed according to the literature and the best results will be investigated. The structural and optical analyzes of CdSe / CdTe films produced as a result of the study will be analyzed by XRD, SEM - EDX, UV analysis and the quality of cell formation will be determined.
