Meslek Liselerinde İş Sağlığı Güvenliği Uygulamalarının Yerleşke ve Eğitim Bazında İncelenmesi ve Geliştirilmesi

Abstract

6331 sayılı İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanununun yayımı itibariyle çalışma alanlarında gerekli önlemlerin alınması hususunda ciddi yol alınmıştır. Bu Kanun kamu ve özel sektör ayrımı gözetmeksizin bütün çalışanları kapsamaktadır. Bu bağlamda; eğitim kurumlarında da iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kapsamında uygulanması gereken faaliyetlerle ilgili gerekli çalışmalar yürütülmektedir.Bu dönem projesi, meslek liselerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının yerleşke ve eğitim bazında incelenmesi ve geliştirilmesi konusunu ele almaktadır. İş sağlığı ve güvenliği, çalışanların sağlık ve güvenlik koşullarını korumayı amaçlayan önemli bir konudur. Meslek liseleri ise öğrencilere mesleki beceriler kazandırmayı hedefleyen eğitim kurumlarıdır. Bu bağlamda, meslek liselerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının etkin bir şekilde yürütülmesi, öğrencilerin mesleki eğitimlerini güvenli bir ortamda almalarını sağlamak adına büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu dönem projesinde, öncelikle meslek liselerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının mevcut durumu kapsamlı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Yerleşkelerdeki fiziksel koşullar, güvenlik önlemleri, eğitim programları ve öğretim materyalleri gibi faktörler titizlikle değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca, öğrencilerin ve öğretmenlerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda farkındalığının ölçülmesi için anketler ve görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu inceleme sonucunda, meslek liselerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının belirli alanlarda iyileştirilmesi gerektiği tespit edilmiştir. Dönem projesin temel amacı, meslek liselerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarını geliştirmek için öneriler sunmaktır. Bu bağlamda, yerleşkelerdeki fiziksel koşulların iyileştirilmesi, güvenlik önlemlerinin daha etkin bir şekilde uygulanması, eğitim programlarının iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konularını daha kapsamlı bir şekilde içermesi ve öğretmenlerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği eğitimine daha fazla odaklanması gibi öneriler sunulmuştur. Ayrıca, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kültürünün meslek liselerinde daha da yaygınlaştırılması için çeşitli stratejiler önerilmiştir. Bu dönem projesi, meslek liselerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının önemine dikkat çekmeyi, mevcut durumun analizini yapmayı ve geliştirme önerileri sunmayı hedeflemektedir. Bu çalışma, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği alanında akademik ve uygulamaya yönelik katkılar sağlamayı amaçlayan tüm ilgili paydaşların ve araştırmacıların dikkatini.

As of the publication of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, serious progress has been made in taking the necessary measures in the working areas. This Law covers all employees regardless of the public and private sectors. In this context; Necessary studies are carried out in educational institutions regarding the activities to be implemented within the scope of occupational health and safety. This term project deals with the examination and development of occupational health and safety practices in vocational high schools on the basis of campus and education. Occupational health and safety is an important issue that aims to protect the health and safety conditions of employees. Vocational high schools are educational institutions that aim to provide students with vocational skills. In this context, the effective implementation of occupational health and safety practices in vocational high schools is of great importance in order to ensure that students receive their vocational training in a safe environment. In this term project, first of all, the current situation of occupational health and safety practices in vocational high schools has been comprehensively examined. Factors such as physical conditions in the campuses, security measures, training programs and teaching materials were meticulously evaluated. In addition, surveys and interviews were conducted to measure the awareness of students and teachers about occupational health and safety. As a result of this review, it has been determined that occupational health and safety practices in vocational high schools need to be improved in certain areas. The main purpose of the term project is to offer suggestions to improve occupational health and safety practices in vocational high schools. In this context, suggestions such as improving the physical conditions in the campuses, implementing safety measures more effectively, including more comprehensive occupational health and safety issues in training programs, and focusing more on occupational health and safety training of teachers were presented. In addition, various strategies have been proposed to further disseminate the occupational health and safety culture in vocational high schools. This term project aims to draw attention to the importance of occupational health and safety practices in vocational high schools, to analyze the current situation and to offer suggestions for improvement. This study draws the attention of all relevant stakeholders and researchers who aim to make academic and practical contributions in the field of occupational health and safety.
