Anaokullarının iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından değerlendirilmesi ve risk analizinin yapılması, Bilecik Mehmet Nuri Efendi Anaokulu örneği

Abstract

Eğitim kurumları fiziki mekan, personel, donanım ve gerekli düzenlemeler ve benzeri yapılardan oluşan kurumlardır. Yapılan bu incelemede Bilecik il merkezinde bulunan Mehmet Nuri Efendi Anaokulunun iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine yönelik var olan durumu İş sağlığı ve Güvenliği prosedürünce belirlenen kriterlere göre incelenmiştir. Bilecik Mehmet Nuri Efendi Anaokulunun tüm alanların bu çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi olan gözlem kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada incelenen alanların tamamı İSG mevzuatına uygunluk açısından ele alınmış ve alanların riskli olup olmadığı ve riskli alanlarla ilgili yapılması gerekenler önerilmiştir. Yapılan inceleme sonucunda Mehmet Nuri Efendi Anaokulunun İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği maddelerinin İSG prosedürüne çoğu anlamda uyduğu belirlenmiştir. Aynı zamanda okulun iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından yeterli olduğu, eksik olduğu ve geliştirilmesi gereken alanlar hakkında bilgi sahibi olunmuştur. Çalışma sonrasında bu araştırmanın okul yönetimi ve idaresine yol göstereceği düşünülmektedir.

Educational institutions are institutions consisting of physical space, personnel, equipment and necessary arrangements and similar structures. In this examination, the occupational health and safety status of Mehmet Nuri Efendi Kindergarten in the city center of Bilecik was examined according to the criteria determined by the Occupational Health and Safety procedure. All areas of Bilecik Mehmet Nuri Efendi Kindergarten were included in this study. In this study, observation, which is a qualitative research method, was used. All of the areas examined in the research were discussed in terms of compliance with OHS legislation, and whether the areas were risky or not and what should be done about the risky areas were suggested. As a result of the examination, it was determined that the Occupational Health and Safety articles of Mehmet Nuri Efendi Kindergarten comply with the OHS procedure in most senses. At the same time, information was obtained about whether the school was sufficient in terms of occupational health and safety, areas where it was lacking and areas that needed improvement. After the study, it is thought that this research will guide the school management and administration.
