Bilecik ili tıbbi ve endemik bitkilerin kullanımı ve ekonomisi

Abstract

Tıbbi ve aromatik bitkiler, doğadan toplanarak ticareti yapılan önemli ürünlerdir. Bu bitkiler sağlık, kozmetik, gıda ve endüstriyel alanlarda kullanılır. Türkiye, bitki çeşitliliği ve tarımsal potansiyeli sayesinde bu alanda önde gelen ülkelerden biridir. Özellikle tıbbi bitkilerin ve endemik bitkilerin ekonomik değerleri büyüktür. Endemik bitkiler, belirli bir bölgeye özgü olan ve genellikle o bölgenin özel ekolojik koşullarına adapte olmuş bitki türleridir. Türkiye, bu endemik bitkilerin zengin olduğu bir ülkedir. Örneğin, Türkiye'de doğal olarak yetişen bitkilerin üçte biri endemik özellik taşır. Bu bitkiler, sadece belirli bir bölgede bulunur ve genellikle o bölgenin ekolojik yapısına uyum sağlamışlardır. Bilecik, tarihi geçmişi, coğrafi konumu ve doğal kaynaklarıyla önemli bir bölgedir. Ayrıca, tarım ve orman alanında yapılan çalışmalarla Tıbbi bitki yetiştiriciliği üzerine projeler yürütülmektedir. Özellikle salep orkidesi, kekik, çörek otu gibi bitkilerin üretimi ve ekimi Bilecik'in tarımsal açıdan önemli olduğunu göstermektedir. Tıbbi ve aromatik bitkilerin ticaretinde Türkiye'nin önde gelen ülkelerden biri olduğu belirtilmektedir. Özellikle Çin ve Hindistan gibi bitki çeşitliliği bakımından zengin ülkelerle birlikte bu alanda önemli bir konumda olduğu vurgulanmaktadır. Türkiye, bu alanda ticaret yapılan ve kültürü yapılan birçok bitkiye ev sahipliği yapmaktadır. Endemik bitkilerin korunması ve ekonomik açıdan değerlendirilmesi, korunması ve gelecek nesillere aktarılması için büyük önem taşır. Bu çalışmada Bilecik ilinde yetişen tıbbi ve aromatik bitkilerin üretim miktarı, kullanım amacı, kullanım şekli ve ekonomisi araştırılmıştır. Bilecik ilinde yetişen tıbbi ve aromatik bitkilerin ekonomisini ve üretimini mukayese edebilmek açıcından Dünya ve Türkiye’de üretilen Tıbbi ve aromatik bitkilerin ekonomik ve üretim değerlerinin sayısal değerleri verilmiştir. Verimi ve yöreye ekonomik katkısını arttırmak için yapılan çalışmalara ve BEBKA tarafından, gelecekte planlanan stratejilere yer verilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra yöremizde yetişen Tıbbi ve aromatik bitkilerin duyurulması açısından medyada yer alan haberlere yer verilmiştir.

Medicinal and aromatic plants are important products collected from nature and traded. These plants are used in health, cosmetics, food and industrial fields. Turkey is one of the leading countries in this field thanks to its plant diversity and agricultural potential. Especially medicinal plants and endemic plants have great economic value. Endemic plants are plant species that are native to a particular region and are generally adapted to the specific ecological conditions of that region. Turkey is a country rich in these endemic plants. For example, one third of the plants growing naturally in Turkey are endemic. These plants are found only in a certain region and have generally adapted to the ecological structure of that region. These endemic plants are of great importance for preserving biodiversity and transferring it to future generations. Bilecik is a city in Turkey that has hosted many civilizations throughout history. The city is an important region with its historical past, geographical location and natural resources. In addition, studies on agriculture and forestry and projects on medicinal plant cultivation are carried out. Especially the production and cultivation of plants such as salep orchid, thyme and black cumin show that Bilecik is important in terms of agriculture. It is stated that Turkey is one of the leading countries in the trade of medicinal and aromatic plants. It is emphasized that it has an important position in this field, especially with countries rich in plant diversity such as China and India. Turkey is home to many plants that are traded and cultured in this area. Preserving and economically utilizing endemic plants is of great importance for preserving the country's biodiversity and transferring it to future generations. In this study, the production amount, purpose of use, and use of medicinal and aromatic plants grown in Bilecik province. The method of use and economy were investigated.
