Bilecik ilinde faaliyet gösteren madencilik sektörünün iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu proje 30.06.2012 tarihinde 28339 sayılı Resmî Gazete’ de yayımlanarak, hayatımıza giren 6331 sayılı İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu gereği, Bilecik ili madencilik sektöründe yapılan çalışmadır. Bu çalışma için pek çok tez ve makale incelenmiş olup madencilik sektörü en iyi şekilde ifade edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada madencilik sektörü tanıtılmış, önemi vurgulanmış, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından önemi ve değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Madencilik sektörünün İSG açısından fiziksel, kimyasal ve biyolojik değerlendirmesine yer verilen çalışmada, konunun önemi anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Madencilik sektöründe iş sağlığı ve güvenliği vazgeçilmez bir unsurdur. Son yıllarda bir bilim haline gelen risk yönetimi, her geçen yıl kendini yenilemekte, iş hayatını daha sağlıklı hale getirmektedir. Her yapılan yeni çalışmada, işin ehemmiyetini anlamamıza yardımcı olacaktır. Bu sayede sürekli yenilenen ve iş hayatını sıfırdan tanzim eden bir yapısı vardır. İlk başlarda çalışanların bilincini artırmak, tehlikeli hareketlerini düzeltmek ve ortam hatalarını gidermek iken, son çıkan ISO 45001 ile, projeden proje sahibine, yöneticiden çalışana, projeyi bir bütün halinde ele alan bir yapıya bürünmüştür.

This study was published in the Official Gazette No. 28339 on 30.06.2012 and is an exemplary practice in the mining sector of Bilecik province in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, which entered our lives. For this study, many theses and articles have been examined and the mining sector has been tried to be expressed in the best way. In the study, the mining sector was introduced, its importance was emphasized, and its importance and evaluation in terms of occupational health and safety were made. In the study, where the physical, chemical and biological evaluation of the mining sector in terms of OHS was included, the importance of the issue was tried to be explained. Occupational health and safety is an indispensable element in the mining industry. Risk management, which has become a science in recent years, renews itself every year and makes business life healthier. Each new study will help us understand the importance of the work. In this way, it has a structure that is constantly renewed and organizes business life from scratch. At first, it was to increase the awareness of the employees, to correct their dangerous movements and to eliminate environmental errors, but with the latest ISO 45001, it has taken on a structure that considers the project as a whole, from the project to the project owner, from the manager to the employee.
