Ortaokul öğrencilerinde doğrudan anlatım yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilecek iş sağlığı ve güvenliği eğitiminin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada ortaokul 7. sınıf öğrencilerine doğrudan anlatım yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen iş sağlığı ve güvenliği eğitiminin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu Bilecik'teki bir devlet okulunda eğitim- öğretim gören 40 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubunu oluşturulmasında kolayda örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Nicel bir araştırma olan bu çalışmada deneysel araştırma yöntemlerinden tek grup ön test ve son test deseni kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde normallik dağılımın bakılmış olup verilerin normal dağılması neticesinde t-test(parametrik) kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçları erken yaşta verilen iş sağlığı ve güvenliği eğitiminin, öğrencilerde temel İSG bilinici kazanma ve İSG kültürü oluşturmadaki etkisi değerlendirilmiştir.

In this study, it is aimed to examine the occupational health and safety education given to the 7th grade students of secondary school by using the direct expression method. The study group of the research consists of 40 students studying in a public school in Bilecik. Convenience sampling method was used in forming the study group. In this study, which is a quantitative research, one group pre-test and post-test design, which is one of the experimental research methods, was used. In the analysis of the data, the normality distribution was checked and as a result of the normal distribution of the data, the t-test (parametric) was used. The results of the analysis were evaluated the effect of Occupational Health and Safety education given at an early age, in gaining basic OHS awareness among students and creating a culture.
