Çocuk işçiliği üzerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği üzerine riskler

Abstract

İnsan, hayatının devamı için gerekli olan ihtiyaçları karşılamak için çalışmak zorundadır. Bu zorundalık tüm dünyada olduğu gibi Türkiye de de çocukların çalışması gibi ciddi bir sorunu ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu sorun çocukların bedensel ve zihinsel gelişimlerine zarar verse de işsizlik yoksulluk gibi toplumsal sorunlara da yol açabilmektedir. Toplumun yoksulluk, eğitimsizlik, işsizlik gibi sosyal sorunlarla karşı karşıya kalması toplumun huzurunu ve mutluluğunu olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu nedenle çocuk işçiliğiyle mücadele toplumlar için önemlidir. Çocuk işçiliğiyle mücadele için öncelikle bu sorunun nedenlerini incelememiz gerekiyor. Bu bağlamda araştırmanın amacı çocuk işçiliğinin nedenleri ve çocuk işçiliğindeki iş sağlığı ve güvenliği üzerine olan riskler tespit etmek ve çözüm önerileri sunmaktır.

A person has to work to meet the needs necessary for the continuation of her life. This obligation has revealed a serious problem such as childlabor in Turkey, as well as allover the world. Although this problem harms the physical and mental development of children, it can also lead to social problems such as unemployment and poverty. The fact that the society is faced with social problems such as poverty, lack of education and unemployment negatively affects the peace and happiness of thesociety. Therefore, combating childlabor is important for societies. In order to combat child labor, we first need to examine the causes of this problem. In this context, the aim of there search is to identify the causes of child labor and the risks too ocupational health and safety in child labor and to offer solution suggestions.
