Muhasebe paket programlarının sınıflandırılması açısından işletmelerde dijital dönüşüme bakış

Abstract

Çalışmada işletmelerde ve muhasebe bürolarında kullanılan muhasebe paket programlarının kullanım amacı ve kullanılan veritabanı sistemleri incelenerek, veri işleme ve saklama açısından sınıflandırılmaları yapılarak karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışma bir içerik analizi çalışması olup; muhasebe paket programları kullanım amacı açısından ön muhasebe, genel muhasebe, ERP diye sınıflandırılırken, veritabanı kullanımı açısından yerel veritabanı ile, bulut veritabanı ile çalışan ve hibrit sistemler olarak sınıflandırılmıştır. Kullanım amacına göre sınıflandırma yapılırken, muhasebe paket programlarının kapsamı, içeriği, sunduğu hizmetler, kullanıcı portföyü gibi konularda değerlendirilmiştir. Veritabanı sistemlerine göre sınıflandırma yapılırken ise, kullanım amaçları, veri depolama şekli, çalışma gereksinimleri açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Bu sınıflandırılmalar sonucunda, muhasebe paket programlarının çalışma sistemleri detaylandırılmış, değerlendirme yapılmış ve sistematik bir biçimde karşılaştırılmıştır.

This study examines the purposes of using accounting software packages in businesses and accounting offices, along with the database systems they utilize. These systems are analyzed and classified based on data processing and storage methods, followed by a comparative analysis. The study employed a content analysis methodology to classify accounting software packages based on their usage purposes- pre-accounting, general accounting, and ERP- and their database utilization methods, including local databases, cloud-based databases, and hybrid systems. During the classification by purpose, factors such as the scope, content, services offered, and user profiles of the accounting software packages were evaluated. For the classification by database systems, the evaluation focused on usage purposes, data storage methods, and operational requirements. As a result of these classifications, the operating systems of the accounting software packages were detailed, assessed, and systematically compared.
