Kimyasal Biriktirme Yöntemi İle ZnO Filmlerinin Üretilmesi

Abstract

Çinko oksit ince filmler kimyasal biriktirme yöntemi ile altlık yüzeyine yeterince iyi tutunmamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Çinko oksit ince filmlerin kimyasal biriktirme yöntemi ile üretilmesi ve altlık yüzeyine yapışma kalitesinin artırılmasıdır. ZnO filmlerinin üretim şartları değiştirilerek film kalınlıkları, enerji bant aralıkları, transmitans ve absorbans değerleri incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda üretilen ZnO filmlerin yapısal ve optik analizleri sırasıyla UV, XRD, SEM - EDX, ile yapılarak incelenmiştirZinc oxide thin films do not adhere well enough to the substrate surface with chemical bath deposition method. The aim of this study is to produce zinc oxide thin films by chemical bath deposition method and to increase the quality of adhesion to the substrate. By changing the production conditions of ZnO films, film thicknesses, energy band gaps, transmittance and absorbance values were investigated. Structural and optical analyzes of ZnO films produced as a result of the study were examined by UV, XRD, SEM - EDX, respectively.
