Devlete bağlı ortaokullarda iş sağlığı ve güvenliği: Yenipazar Atatürk Ortaokulu örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, öncelikli olarak iş sağlığı ve güvenliği tanımı araştırılarak genel bir tanım yapılmıştır. İş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin (İSG) uluslararası kuruluşların yaptığı tanımlarına yer verilerek ardından çalışmanın konusu, önemi, amacı, yöntemi ve tarihçesine değinildi. Son olarak da Bilecik Yenipazar Atatürk Ortaokulu’ndaki uygulamalar fotoğraflanıp sonuç ve öneriler kısmında bulunan sonuçlara değinilerek yapılması gereken öneriler sunuldu. İş sağlığı ve güvenliği: Her gün milyonlarca insanın bulunduğu iş ortamında kazaları ve meslek hastalıklarını önlemek için alınması gereken tedbirler ve yapılması gereken iş ve işlemleri ortaya koyan sistemli bilgiler bütün olarak tanımlayabiliriz. Amaç olarak Bilecik Yenipazar Atatürk Ortaokulundaki uygulamalar üzerinde durarak İSG bilinci oluşturmaktır. Önem olarak milyonlarca öğrenci ve yüzbinlerce öğretmenin çalıştığı ortaokullarda insanların hayatını korumaktır. Yöntem olarak literatür taraması yapıp uygulamadaki örnekleri fotoğraflayarak belgelendirmek. Ve en sonunda okul yöneticileri, öğretmen, diğer çalışan ve öğrencilere tavsiyelerde bulunmaktayız.

In this study, the definition of health and safety at work was first researched and a general definition drawn up. The definitions of international organisations on the subject of health and safety at work were also taken into account. Then the topic, meaning, purpose, method and history of the study were mentioned. Finally, the practises in Bilecik Yenipazar Atatürk Secondary School were photographed and the necessary suggestions were presented with reference to the results in the results and suggestions section. Occupational Health and Safety: We can define it as a set of systematic information that shows what precautions should be taken and what works and procedures should be carried out in order to prevent accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace where millions of people live every day. The aim is to raise awareness of health and safety in the workplace by focussing on the practises at Bilecik Yenipazar Atatürk Secondary School. The priority is to protect people's lives in secondary schools where millions of students and hundreds of thousands of teachers work. The method is to search the literature and document the examples in practise by photographing them. And finally, we make recommendations to school administrators, teachers, other staff and students.
