Seramik sektöründe karşılaşılan iş kazaları ve önleme politikaları: Bilecik örneği

Abstract

Seramik bir veya birden fazla metalin, metal olmayan element ile birleşmesi sonucu oluşan inorganik bileşiktir. Seramik sektörü hayatımızın her alanında yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Seramik sektörü, Türkiye'nin en eski ve en hızlı ilerleyen üretim sektörlerinden biridir. Sektör her yıl ürünlerini geliştirerek ve çeşitlendirerek artmaktadır. İhracat konusunda da seramik sektöründe Türkiye oldukça önemli sıralardadır. Yoğun bir üretimin olduğu sektör bölgemizde önemli bir istihdam sahası oluşturmaktadır. Yoğun üretim ve önemli çalışan sayısına sahip sektörde yeterli önlemler alınmadığında iş kazaları da meydana gelmektedir. Yaşanılan iş kazaları sonucunda yaralanmalar, uzuv kayıpları ve ölümler meydana gelmekte bunun yanında iş ve işlemlerin durması ile maddi kayıplarda ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu kapsamda yapılacak proje çalışması ile şehrimiz ve ülkemiz için oldukça önemli olan seramik sektöründe gerçekleşen iş kazalarının neler olduğu, daha çok üretimin hangi aşamasında iş kazalarının meydana geldiği ve bu kazaları önlemek için hangi önlemlerin alınacağı konuları irdelenecektir. Böylelikle ilimizdeki tesislere sektörde iş kazalarını önlenmesi ve bu kapsamda alinacak önlemlerle ilgili faydalı bir rehber doküman hazırlanması planlanmaktadır.Ceramic is an inorganic compound formed as a result of combining and sintering one or more metals with a non-metallic element. The ceramic industry is widely used in all areas of our lives. The ceramics industry is one of the oldest and fastest-growing production industries in Turkey. It is increasing by developing and diversifying the sector every year. In terms of exports, Turkey is in a very important place in the ceramics industry. The sector, where there is an intensive production, constitutes an important employment area in our region. Occupational accidents also occur when adequate precautions are not taken in the sector with intensive production and a significant number of employees. As a result of occupational accidents, injuries, loss of limbs and deaths occur, as well as financial losses due to the cessation of work and transactions. With the project work to be carried out within this scope, the occupational accidents in the ceramic industry, which is very important for our city and our country, will be examined, mostly at which stage of production, occupational accidents occur and what measures will be taken to prevent these accidents. Thus, it is planned to prepare a useful guide document for the facilities in our province regarding the prevention of occupational accidents in the sector and the measures to be taken in this context.
