Bir inşaat şantiyesinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği süreci uygulaması (gamador galya projesi)

Abstract

Gelişmekte olan her ülkede olduğu gibi ülkemizde de ekonomik büyümede önemli sektörlerden biri de inşaat sektörüdür. İnşaat sektörü ülkemizde iş kazalarının ve meslek hastalıklarının yoğun olarak görüldüğü sektörlerdendir. Böyle olmasının en önemli nedeni ise inşaat sektörünün kendine has çalışma şartları ve yapım yöntemlerinin olmasıdır. Bu çalışmada, yapı inşasının ana aşamalarında karşılaşılabilecek iş kazası tehlikeleri incelenerek; uygulama aşaması için oluşturulacak sağlık ve güvenlik planının sahada etkin uygulanması amaçlanmıştır. Tüm dünyada görüldüğü gibi ülkemizde de karşı karşıya kalınan iş kazaları ve meslek hastalıkları önemli bir sorun olmaktadır. Bu durumun nedeni ise sanayileşmenin ve yapılaşmanın gelişimine bağlı olarak iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine dair gerekli tedbirlerin alınmaması aynı zamanda düzenlemelerin istenilen düzeyde yapılmamasıdır. Gelişmekte olan ülkemizde inşaat sektörü ekonomik büyümenin lokomotifi konumundadır. Bu nedenle inşaat sektöründe iş kazaları ve meslek hastalıkları sıklıkla görülmektedir. İnşaat sektörünün kendine has yapım metotlarının olmasından dolayı birçok risk barındırmaktadır. Her bir projenin birbirinden farklı olması, her projedeki iş kazalarının ve risklerin farklı olacağı anlamına gelmektedir. Bu çalışmada, sadece kaba işleri devam eden şantiyede meydana gelebilecek iş kazaları ve riskler önceden tespit edilerek, bu olumsuzlukların azaltılması için bir öneri sunulması hedeflenmiştir.

As in every developing country, one of the important sectors in economic growth in our country is the construction sector. The construction sector is one of the sectors where work accidents and occupational diseases are frequently seen in our country. The most important reason for this is that the construction industry has its own working conditions and construction methods. In this study, it is aimed to effectively implement the health and safety plan to be created for the implementation phase by examining the occupational accident hazards that may be encountered in the main stages of building construction. As seen all over the world, work accidents and occupational diseases are an important problem in our country. The reason for this situation is that, depending on the development of industrialization and structuring, the necessary precautions regarding occupational health and safety are not taken, and at the same time, the regulations are not made at the desired level. In our developing country, the construction sector is the locomotive of economic growth. For this reason, work accidents and occupational diseases are frequently seen in the construction industry. The construction industry has many risks due to its unique construction methods. The fact that each project is different from each other means that occupational accidents and risks in each project will be different. In this study, it is aimed to identify in advance the occupational accidents and risks that may occur at the construction site where only rough works are ongoing and to present a suggestion to reduce these negativities.
