| dc.description.abstract | The correct modeling of the generators is very important for safe and economic operation of the power systems. In this study, transient stability of different turbine governor types in 14 buses power systems was analyzed. Power System Analysis Toolbox (PSAT) was carried out in this simulation study. System response of turbine governor 1 and turbine governor 2 in transient conditions occurred in line outage in 14 buses power system. In this simulation study, generator angular speed variations, generator angle variations and different bus voltage variation of 14 buses power system were achieved.According to the results obtained from 14 buses power system, turbine governor 2 types were found to yield more effective results against transient conditions. | en_US |
