OECD ülkeleri ve Türkiye'de genç işsizlik-büyüme ilişkisi üzerine bir inceleme

Abstract

Küreselleşen dünyada sosyo-ekonomik problemler arasında olan işsizlik olgusu, yetişkinlere nazaran gençleri etkisi altına alarak yaygınlaşmaya başlamıştır. Dünyada küreselleşme ve teknolojik gelişmeler ile birlikte genç nüfus içerisindeki vasıfsız işsiz sayısında ciddi bir artış yaşanmıştır. Yetişkinler ile gençler için farklı nedenleri ve sonuçları bünyesinde barındıran genç işsizlik sorunu ile başa çıkabilmek ve 15-24 yaş aralığındaki genç nüfus üzerindeki olumsuz koşulları minimum düzeye indirebilmek için sorunun derinine inerek ve doğru politikalarla mücadele edilmelidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye'de ve OECD ülkelerinde 15-24 yaş aralığındaki nüfusun boyutlarını nedenleriyle inceleyerek büyüme ile ilişkisini analiz etmektir.The phenomenon of unemployment, which is one of the socio-economic problems in globalization, has started to spread in a center that focuses on youth compared to adults. With the globalization and technological developments in the world, there has been a significant increase in the number of unskilled unemployed in the young population. In order to cope with the youth unemployment problem, which has different causes and consequences for adults and young people, and to minimize the negative conditions on the young population between the ages of 15-24, the problem should be deepened and the correct policies should be tackled. The aim of this study is to analyze in Turkey and OECD countries by examining the relationship between growth, along with the reasons the size of the population in the 15-24 age range.
