Abstract

Toplu beslenme hizmeti veren kurumlar, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından çeşitli riskler taşır. Gıda hazırlama ve servis süreçleri fiziksel, kimyasal ve biyolojik riskleri beraberinde getirir. Bu makale, toplu beslenme hizmeti sunan kurumların iş sağlığı ve güvenliği (İSG) yönünden değerlendirilmesini, karşılaşılan risklerin yönetimi ile ilgili çözüm önerilerini ele almaktadır. Hijyen, ergonomi ve çalışma koşulları gibi konular ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiş ve bu konularda alınması gereken önlemler tartışılmıştır.
