Muhammed Hüseyin Heykel'in "Hâke?â Huli?at" Romanının Biçim ve Tematik Açıdan İncelenmesi

Abstract

Hâkezâ Hulikat adlı eser 20.yüzyılın başlarında Batı menşeli modern söylem karşısında sarsılmaya yüz tutan Mısır toplumunda özellikle de Müslüman Arap aile yapısının nasıl etkilendiğini gözler önüne sermek isteyen psikolojik bir biyografi romandır. Müellif, bu eserinde Arap toplumunda özellikle de Mısır’da kadının toplumdaki yerini ve özgürleşmesini konu almaktadır. Yazar, bu temaları vehimlerine esir olan bir kadının yaşamını konu almıştır. Roman, uzun bir hikâye şeklinde başkarakterin altı yaşında iken yani 1909’da başlar ve yaşlılık dönemiyle sona eser. Çalışmamız, ilk modern Arap roman yazarı kabul edilen Muhammed Hüseyin Heykeli’n ikinci romanı olan Hâkezâ Hulikat adlı eserini biçim ve tematik açıdan incelenmesidir. Eser “Giriş” ve “Üç Bölüm”den oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın amacı ve önemi, yöntemi ve kapsamı açıklanmaktadır. İlk bölümde yazarın hayatı, eğitimi ve edebi görüşleri yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise eser biçim açısından incelenmektedir. Üçüncü bölümde de eser tematik açıdan ele alınmıştır.

Hakeza Hulikat is a psychological biography novel that aims to reveal how the Egyptian society, especially the Muslim Arab family structure, was affected by the modern discourse of Western origin at the beginning of the 20th century. In this work, the author deals with the place and emancipation of women in the Arab society, especially in Egypt. The author deals with the life of a woman who is a prisoner of these themes to her delusions. The novel, in the form of a long story, begins when the protagonist is six years old, that is, in 1909, and ends with his old age. Our study is an examination of the second novel of Muhammad Hussein Statue, who is accepted as the first modern Arab novelist, in terms of form and thematic. The work consists of "Introduction" and "Three Chapters" In the introduction, the aim and importance of the research, its method and scope are explained. In the first part, the author's life, education and literary views are included. In the second part, the work is examined in terms of form. In the third chapter, the work is discussed thematically.
