A.RSK 1529 numaralı Ru'ûs Defteri (s.1-160), transkripsiyon-değerlendirme

Abstract

Tez çalışmamızın konusu, Bâb-ı Âsafî defterleri kataloğu'ndaki A.RSK 1529 numaralı ruûs defterinin 1-160 arasındaki sayfalarının transkribesi ve değerlendirmesidir. Defterin tezimize konu olan kısmı 2148 tevcîhatı ihtiva etmektedir. Bu kısımdaki tevcîhatlar 1 Cemaziye'l-ahir sene 1065 (8 Nisan 1655) ile başlayıp 29 safer 1066 (28 Aralık 1655) tarihi ile son bulmaktadır. Defterdeki tevcîhatlardan mezkûr tarihteki beylerbeyi, sancâkbeyi, kadı, müderris, kâtip, halife, hacegân, müteferrika, emin, vakıf görevlileri, kale görevlileri gibi birçok büyük ve küçük görevlilerin atamalarına ulaşmak mümkündür. Defterdeki bilgiler konularına göre sistematik bir şekilde tablolar halinde gösterilmiştir.

The subject of our thesis is the transcript and evaluation of the pages 1-160 of the ruûs book numbered A.RSK 1529 in the Bâb-ı safî notebooks catalog. The part of the notebook that is the subject of our thesis contains 2148 grants. The congruence in this section starts with 1 Cemaziyel'l-ahir 1065 (8 April 1655) and ends with the date 29 Safer 1066 (28 September 1655). From the grants in the notebook, it is possible to reach the appointments of many major and minor officials such as governor (beylerbeyi), governor of a sanjak (sancâkbeyi), Muslim judge (Kadi), professor (müderris), the teacher of the schools, caliph, teachers. Foundation officials and the castle officials in the mentioned period. The information in the notebook is displayed systematically in tables according to their subjects.
