Sovyetler Birliği Döneminde Kırgızistan'da Yasaklanan Bir Akın: Moldo Kılıç

Abstract

20. yüzyılın başında sosyalist ideolojinin esaslarına bağlı olarak kurulan SSCB’de edebiyat, bilim ve sanat alanında üretilen eserlerin sosyalist ideolojiyle uyumlu olabilmesi amacıyla sıkı bir sansür politikası izlenmiştir. Sovyet rejiminin resmi görüşlerine aykırı, Sovyet sistemiyle çatışan konu ve kişilerin incelenmesine izin verilmemiş; yayımlanan eserler de ciddi bir sansür işleminden sonra yayımlanabilmiştir. Sovyet döneminde Kırgızistan’da da merkezi yönetim tayin ettği politikalar uygulanmış ve rejimin ideolojik görüşlerine aykırı eserlerin yayımlanması izin verilmemiştir. Özellikle Kırgız sözlü edebiyatına ait eserler üzerinde ciddi ideolojik saldırılar yapılmış, kimi eserlerin okunması ve yayımlanması yasaklanmıştır. Yasaklama politikasına konu olanlardan biri de Kırgız şairi Moldo Kılıçtır. Kırgız akınlık geleneğinin önemli bir temsilcisi olan Moldo Kılıç’ın eserlerine karşı “ikinci repressiya” dönemi olarak adlandırılan1950’li yıllarda karalama kampanyaları başlatılmış ve bu eserlerin gerici, milliyetçi fikirleri içerdiği gerekçesiyle okunması ve yayımlanması yasaklanmıştır. Bu makalede Sovyetler Birliği döneminde Kırgızistan’da Moldo Kılıç’a uygulanan sansür ve yasaklama politikası incelenecektir.

Established at the beginning of the 20th century in accordance with the principles of socialist ideology, the USSR pursued a strict censorship policy in order to ensure that the works produced in the fields of literature, science and art were compatible with socialist ideology. It was not allowed to examine the subjects and persons who contradicted the official views of the Soviet regime and conflicted with the Soviet system; published works were published after a serious censorship. During the Soviet period, also in Kyrgyzstan were implemented policies that it designated as central government and the publication of works contrary to the ideological views of the regime was not allowed. In particular, serious ideological attacks were carried out on the works of the Kyrgyz oral literature, and the reading and publication of certain works was forbidden. Kyrgyz poet Moldo Kılıç is one of the subjects of the prohibition policy. Against the works of Moldo Kılıç, who is an important representative of the Kyrgyz ruling tradition, smear campaigns were initiated in the 1950s, called as “second repressia” and it is forbidden reading and publishing these works on the grounds that they contained reactionary, nationalist ideas. In this article, the censorship and prohibition policy of Moldo Kılıç in Kyrgyzstan during the Soviet Union will be examined.
