Meslek liselerinde staj yapan öğrencilerin işletmeye sağladığı faydalar: Bilecik Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi örneği

Abstract

Meslek Liseleri, öğrencilere, hem kültürel hem de bir meslekle ilgili teorik ve uygulamalı bilgi ve becerileri kazandırmak amacıyla mesleki eğitim veren Milli Eğitim bakanlığına bağlı kurumlarıdır. Meslek Liselerinde yer alan bütün bölümler ya da programlar da uygulamaya yönelik bilgi ve becerilerin kazandırılmasına ve üst düzeye çıkarılması amaçlanmaktadır. İş hayatına uyum sağlamak ve mesleki tecrübe kazanmak açısından staj, eğitimin önemli bir parçasını oluşturmaktadır. Staj yapacak öğrencinin stajın önemini kavraması ve staj yeri yetkilisinin deneyimi ve stajyeri geleceğin meslek elemanı olarak görmesi, staj döneminin etkin ve verimli geçmesi açısından çok önemlidir. İşletmenin staj yapan öğrenciye birçok faydası olabildiği gibi staj yapan öğrencilerinde işletmeye sağladığı birçok faydası vardır. Bunlar arasında şunlar sayılabilir: Stajyerler, işletmenin iş yükünü hafifletmek için çeşitli görevleri üstlenebilirler, Stajyerler genellikle genç ve dinamik insanlardır ve işletmeye yeni fikirler getirebilirler. Stajyerler, işletmede çalışarak iş hayatına hazırlanırlar ve işletmenin çalışma sistemini öğrenirler. Bu süreçte, işletmenin çalışanlarından da eğitim alırlar ve mesleki becerilerini geliştirirler. Tüm bilgiler ışığında meslek lisesinde staj yapan öğrenciler, işletmeler için değerli birer kaynaktır. Bu çalışmada mesleki teknik eğitimin amacı, öncelikleri, dünyadaki ve Türkiye’deki konumu, durum analizi yaparak staj döneminde stajyerlerin işletmeye sağladığı faydaların neler olabileceği konusuna değinilecektir.

Vocational High Schools are institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education that provide industrial education for the purpose of acquiring both cultural and theoretical and applied knowledge and purposes related to a profession. Internship is an important part of education in terms of adapting to business life and gaining experience. While the business gives a lot to the students doing the internship, there are also the students who do the internship give a lot to the business. Highlights among them: Interns can take on loads for a variety of lightening the workload of data, Interns are often young and dynamic people and can give a new color to the business. Interns learn about business divisions and collection work systems in the business. In this process, among the employees of the employees, the training officers and those who go to their employees. When businesses recruit interns, they often view data as a social protector. The business is seen as a community-beneficial institution and enhances its image. The purpose of the technical training of this family, its suggestions, its position in Turkey, the situation analysis will be made and the benefits of the interns to the business during the internship period will be discussed.
