dc.description.abstractIn this paper for second order interval systems we obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a common diagonal solutions to the Lyapunov (Stein) inequality. Hurwitz and Schur cases are considered separately. One necessary and sufficient condition is given for n × n interval family of Z-matrices. The obtained results also give diagonal solution in the case of existence.
