İletişim dersine ilişkin öğrenci görüşleri

Abstract

Bu çalışma, üniversite öğrencilerinin iletişim dersine ilişkin değerlendirmelerini belirlemek amacıyla, 2012-2013 eğitim-öğretim yılında bir devlet üniversitesi kimya bölümü öğrencilerinden 12 öğrenciyle yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, öğrencilere açık uçlu sorular sorulmuş ve öğrencilerin cevapları değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca, öğrencilerin ifadeleri, örneklerde verilmiştir. Sonuçta, iletişim dersinin öğrencilerde temel iletişim tekniklerini geliştirdiği, hoşgörü, saygı ve empati becerilerini arttırdığı öğrenciler tarafından belirtilmiştir.

This study was conducted with 12 students from chemistry department of a state university in the academic year of 2012-2013 in order to identify the views of the university students regarding of communication lesson. In the study, the students were asked by open-ended questions and their answers were evaluated. In addition, the expressions of the students gave in the examples. As a result, it stated that the communication lesson has improved the basic communication techniques of the students; and also increased the tolerance, respect and empathy skills of them.
