In the current work we present dip-coated mgsoporous Si01 coatings of different pore orventaticrt and film thickness prepared on microscope glass slides and Silicon T ho Silica coatings Were derived from (tetraorth0GilicatëS) mixed with ethanol and diluted HCI. In this study baron nitride thin films on glass substrates were manufactured frcm boric acid and urea soluti0$' by dap-coatang sol-gel technique, Different concentrations of mgtanaic boric acid solutions were studge•d to form BN thin film coatings on glass substrate. The impregnated thin films produced via this technique were heated to SSO at a rate of 51C/min for 2 h in a furnace with N2 atmosphere.
