Osmaneli Nilüfer Hatun Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesinin iş güvenliği ve risk analizi kapsamında değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu tez, meslek liselerinde risk analizi konusunu ele almaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, öğrencilerin mesleklerinde karşılaşabilecekleri potansiyel riskleri belirlemek ve bu riskleri etkili bir şekilde yönetmek için risk analizi yöntemlerini kullanarak İSG (İSG) kültürünü geliştirmektir. Tezde, risk analizi sürecinin adımları ve yöntemleri detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Meslek liselerindeki potansiyel risklerin tespiti için farklı yöntemler ve araçlar kullanılmıştır. Bu risklerin belirlenmesi, öğrencilerin mesleklerindeki potansiyel tehlikeleri anlamalarını sağlamak için kritik bir adımdır. Ayrıca, öğrencilerin riskleri yönetmeleri ve önlem almaları için eğitim ve bilgilendirme yöntemleri de tezde ele alınmıştır. Öğrencilere, İSG konularında bilinç kazandırmak ve risklerle başa çıkma becerilerini geliştirmek için çeşitli eğitim programları ve seminerler önerilmektedir. Risk analizi sonuçları, İSG politikaları ve tedbirlerine entegre edilmelidir. Tezde, iş yerlerindeki İSG politikalarının geliştirilmesi ve risk analizi sonuçlarının bu politikalara aktarılması için öneriler sunulmaktadır. Bu çalışma, meslek liselerinde İSG kültürünün geliştirilmesine katkıda bulunmayı hedeflemektedir. Öğrencilerin sağlıklarını ve güvenliklerini korumalarına yardımcı olmak için risk analizi sürecinin etkin bir şekilde uygulanması ve uygun önlemlerin alınması gerekmektedir. Bu tez, İSG Tezsiz Yüksek Lisans programı çerçevesinde belirtilen risk analizi yöntemini incelemeyi ve uygulamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda, kamu mesleki eğitim kurumlarında L-şekilli matris yöntemi kullanılarak risk değerlendirmesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kurumun tüm süreçleri titizlikle incelenmiştir. Risk analizi süreci, kurum tarafından belirlenen risklerin tanımlanmasıyla başlamaktadır. Bu riskler, her bir sürecin ayrıntılı bir şekilde kontrol edilmesiyle belirlenmiştir. Ardından, bu risklere karşı alınan önlemler ve önerilen önlemler risk değerlendirme raporunda detaylı bir şekilde açıklanmıştır. iii L-şekilli matris yöntemi, risklerin değerlendirilmesi için etkili bir araç olarak kullanılmıştır. Bu yöntemde, risklerin olasılığı ve etkisi bir matris üzerinde değerlendirilmiş ve risklerin öncelikle dirilmesi sağlanmıştır. Böylelikle, kurumun karşılaştığı riskler belirlenmiş ve bu risklere yönelik uygun önlemler alınmıştır. Bu çalışma, İSG Tezsiz Yüksek Lisans programında belirtilen risk analizi yöntemini uygulama amacını taşımaktadır. Kamu mesleki eğitim kurumlarında gerçekleştirilen risk değerlendirmesi, kurumun tüm süreçlerini kapsayacak şekilde yapılmış ve risklerin ele alınması için gerekli önlemler raporlanmıştır. Bu sayede, kurumun İSG alanındaki performansının iyileştirilmesine katkı sağlanması hedeflenmiştir.

This thesis focuses on the topic of risk analysis in vocational high schools. The aim of this study is to examine and implement risk analysis methods in order to identify potential risks that students may encounter in their professions and effectively manage these risks, thereby enhancing the culture of occupational health and safety. The thesis thoroughly investigates the steps and methods involved in the risk analysis process. Different techniques and tools have been employed to identify potential risks in vocational high schools. The identification of these risks is a critical step in enabling students to understand the potential hazards in their respective professions. Furthermore, the thesis addresses educational and informational methods for students to manage and take precautions against risks. Various training programs and seminars are proposed to raise awareness among students regarding occupational health and safety topics and enhance their skills in dealing with risks. The results of the risk analysis should be integrated into occupational health and safety policies and measures. The thesis provides recommendations for the development of occupational health and safety policies in workplaces and the incorporation of risk analysis outcomes into these policies. This study aims to contribute to the development of the culture of occupational health and safety in vocational high schools. It is crucial to effectively implement the risk analysis process and take appropriate measures to assist students in safeguarding their health and safety. This thesis aims to examine and implement the risk analysis methods as outlined in the Occupational Health and Safety Non-Thesis Master's Program. In this regard, risk assessment has been conducted using the L-shaped matrix method in public vocational education institutions, with meticulous examination of all processes within the institutions. The risk analysis process begins with the identification of risks determined by the institution. These risks have been identified through detailed scrutiny of each process. Subsequently, the v measures taken to mitigate these risks and the proposed precautions are elaborated in the risk assessment report. The L-shaped matrix method has been effectively employed as a tool for assessing risks. This method involves assessing the probability and impact of risks on a matrix and prioritizing them accordingly. As a result, the risks faced by the institution have been identified, and appropriate measures have been taken to address these risks. This study aims to implement the risk analysis methods specified in the Occupational Health and Safety Non-Thesis Master's Program. The risk assessment conducted in public vocational education institutions encompasses all processes within the institutions and includes the reporting of necessary measures to address the identified risks. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the enhancement of occupational health and safety performance within the institutions.
