Osmanlı Devleti’nin Kuruluşunun Bir Başka Hikayesi

Abstract

Osmanlı Devleti Söğüt'te doğarak bir dünya medeniyeti haline geldi. Devletin gelişip büyümesine paralel olarak devlet hafızası da gelişti ve ortaya bu süreç zarfında muazzam bir arşiv çıktı. Ancak ne var ki Osmanlı Arşivi'nde kuruluşa dair ayrıntılı bilgi son derece kısıtlıdır. Döneme dair ilk eserlerin ancak bir asırdan fazla süre geçmesiyle yazılmaya başlanmış olması da kuruluş döneminin karanlıkta kalmasını açıklamaktadır. Yazılı metinlerin darlığı yapılacak saha çalışmalarından alınması muhtemel sonuçları çok değerli hale getirmektedir. Bu amaçla "Kuruluş Coğrafyası"nda görev yapmanın bir sonucu ve sorumluluğu ile saha araştırmaları ekip olarak devam ettirilmektedir. Nitekim BAP destekli olarak, "Bilecik'in Tarihi Coğrafyası" başlıklı çalışma da 2014-2016 yılları arasında tamamlanmıştır. Bu çalışmadan elde edilen verileri görsele dönüştürme amacıyla 2017 yılında yine BAP destekli olarak "Bilecik Tarihi Yollar Belgeseli" adlı çalışma yürütülmüştür. Bu çalışma ile yine saha araştırmalarımızda tespit ettiğimiz kuruluşa dair kaleler ve yollar mevzubahis edilerek bir "Kuruluş" belgeseli hazırlanacaktır. Son dönemde tarihe ve coğrafyamıza yönelen ilgiyi bu çalışmanın da arttıracağı ve turizm potansiyeli olarak da alternatif güzergâhlar ortaya çıkaracağı beklenmektedir.

The Ottoman Empire was born in Söğüt and became a world civilization. In parallel with the growth and development of the state, state memory has also developed and an enormous archive has appeared during this process. However, what is happening in the Ottoman Archives is very limited information about the establish period. The fact that the first works on the turning began to be written after more than a century passed reveals that the era of establishment is to remain in the obscurity. Taking the texts from the field studies to make the texts are very valuable. For this purpose, we are continuing the field research as a result of working in "Establishment Geography" and in order to be able to pay our debts to these lands. As a matter of fact, we continued with our work titled "Historical Geography of Bilecik" under the auspices of BAP, between 2014-2016. In order to transform the data obtained from this study into visuals, in 2017 we carried out a study titled "Bilecik Historical Roads Document" supported by BAP and we were able to produce a documentary film. With this study, the qualifications and the ways ofthe institution that we have found in our field researches will be discussed and prepared with an "Institutional" document. It is expected that this study, which is related to tourism and geography in the last period, is going to increase and alternative routes will be created with tourism potential.
