Türkiye'de tarımsal finansmanda kooperatifçiliğin önemi

Abstract

Bu çalışma temel olarak tarımsal faaliyetlerde ortaya çıkan finansman problemine çözüm olarak tarımsal kooperatiflerin önemini sorgulamaktadır. İlk olarak tarımın tarihsel gelişim süreci değerlendirilmiş, avcılık ve toplayıcılık ile başlayan faaliyetlerin yerleşik hayata geçilmesiyle düzenli tarımsal üretime dönüşümü incelenmiştir. Sanayi devrimi ve modern üretim tekniklerinin gelişimi ile orantılı olarak tarımsal üretimde de yenilikler meydana gelmiştir. Tarımın devletler için önemini her dönemde koruduğu ve politikalar içerisinde de yer aldığı görülmüştür. Son dönemlerde küçük tarım işletmelerinin finansman problemi ile karşı karşıya kalmaları belirli çözüm arayışlarını beraberinde getirmiştir. Bu bağlamda ülkemizde tarımsal üretimin sürdürülebilmesinde yararlı olacak finansman kaynaklarına değinilmiştir. Kooperatiflerin tarımsal üretimde meydana gelen sorunların başında yer alan finansman problemini gidermedeki rolü ve üretimin sürdürülebilmesi için kooperatiflerin çalışma faaliyetleri vurgulanmıştır.

This study questions the importance of agricultural cooperatives as a solution to the financing problem. First of all, the development process of agriculture was evaluated, the transformation of settled life and regular agriculture from activities related to hunting and gathering was examined. In parallel with the industrial revolution and the development of modern production techniques, innovations are also emerging in agricultural production. Agriculture has maintained its importance for states in all periods and has been included in policies. Recently, ongoing concerns from small farm businesses regarding the financing problem have led to the search for specific solutions. In this context, financing resources that will be useful in maintaining agricultural production in our country are mentioned. The role of the cooperatives in solving the financing problem and the activities of the cooperatives for the continuation of production were emphasized.
