Türkiye'de çimento sektöründe iş sağlığı güvenliği

Abstract

İnsanlar göçebe yaşamdan yerleşik zamana geçtikleri andan itibaren yaşam alanlarını şekillendirmişlerdir. Barınma ihtiyaçlarını doğadaki malzemeleri kullanarak karşılamışlardır. Günümüzde mimari alanda önemli bir yeri olan çimento Dünya ve Türkiye'de çok fazla tercih edilen bağlayıcı bir malzemedir. Çimento sektörü yapılan iş nedeniyle ağır ve tehlikeli iş grubunda yer almaktadır. Bu sektör içinde belirli riskler ve tehditler yer almaktadır. Toz, gürültü, patlama, yangın, iş kazaları ve meslek hastalıkları işçileri olumsuz etkilemektedir. Çimento sektöründe belirli mevzuat olmasada bu alanda genel bir iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamaları mevcuttur. Günümüzde artık önleyici ve koruyucu uygulamaların önemi anlaşılmıştır. Devlet, sendikalar, işverenler ve işçilerin ortak çalışması sonucu daha güvenli ve sağlıklı iş ortamları oluşturulmaktadır. Çalışmanın kapsamında Çimento sektöründe risk ve tehditler incelenmiştir. İşveren ve işçinin sorumlulukları ele alınmıştır. Bu sektörde yer alan riskler doğrultusunda iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uzmanları kontrolünde kişisel koruyucu ekipmanlar hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Çalışma için literatür araştırılması yapılmıştır. Çimento malzemesi, çeşitleri, sektörün Dünya ve Türkiye'deki konumu, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kavramları, risk ve tehditler, önleyici ve koruyucu uygulamalar başlıkları altında bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Çimento sektöründe yer alan iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamaları süreklilik ve gelişim içinde olmalıdır. Bu kavramların sosyal, ekonomik ve siyasal yönleri vardır. Ortak çalışmalarla daha iyi çalışma şartları oluşturulmaktadır. Böylelikle iş kazaları ve meslek hastalıklarında azalmalar yaşanırken, üretim ve kalite olarak artış gözlemlenmektedir.

People have shaped their living spaces since the moment they moved from nomadic life to settled life. They met their shelter needs using materials from nature. Cement, which has an important place in the field of architecture today, is a highly preferred binding material in the world and in Turkey. The cement industry is included in the heavy and dangerous work group due to the work done. There are certain risks and threats within this sector. Dust, noise, explosion, fire, work accidents and occupational diseases negatively affect workers. Although there is no specific legislation in the cement industry, there are general occupational health and safety practices in this field. Nowadays, the importance of preventive and protective practices is understood. Safer and healthier work environments are created as a result of the joint work of the state, unions, employers and workers. Within the scope of the study, risks and threats in the Cement sector were examined. The responsibilities of the employer and the worker were discussed. Information on personal protective equipment was provided under the control of occupational health and safety experts in line with the risks in this sector. Literature research was conducted for the study. Information was given under the titles of cement material, its types, the position of the sector in the World and Turkey, occupational health and safety concepts, risks and threats, preventive and protective practices. Occupational health and safety practices in the cement sector must be continuous and developed. These concepts have social, economic and political aspects. Better working conditions are created through joint efforts. Thus, while there are decreases in work accidents and occupational diseases, an increase in production and quality is observed.
