Kişisel koruyucu ve donanım kullanımının iş sağlığı ve güvenliğindeki yeri

Abstract

Bu çalışma esas olarak kişisel koruyucu ve donanım kullanımının iş sağlığındaki yeri ve önemini sorgulamaktadır. Dünyada ve ülkemizde, iş kazaları sonucunda meydana gelen ölüm, meslek hastalıkları ve yaralanmalar birçok araştırma ve incelemenin önünü açmış bir konudur. İş kazaları gerek kazayı geçiren çalışanı, gerek ailesini, gerek işletmeyi ve gerekse de dolaylı yoldan ülke ekonomisine verdiği zararlar sebebiyle sebep sonuç ilişkisi içinde araştırılması ve çözüm bulunması gereken konuların başında gelir. İş sağılığı ve güvenliği kapsamında çalışanların eğitilerek İSG bilincinin sağlanması ve gerek toplu gerek bireysel koruma önlemlerinin alınması kapsamında kişisel koruyucu ve donanım kullanımı iş kazalarının önlenmesinde önemli rol oynamaktadır. Çalışma sonrasında KKD kullanımının iş kazalarının sonuçlarını en aza indirgediği ve ölüm oranını düşürerek hem çalışma güvenliğini hem can sağlığı ve güvenliğini korumaya yönelik önemli bir basamak olduğu anlaşılmıştır.

This study mainly questions the place and importance of the use of personal protective equipment and equipment in occupational health. Death, occupational diseases and injuries resulting from work accidents in the world and in our country are a subject that has paved the way for many researches and investigations. Occupational accidents are among the issues that need to be investigated and resolved in a cause-effect relationship due to the damage they cause to the employee, his family, the business and the country's economy indirectly. Within the scope of occupational health and safety, the use of personal protective equipment and equipment plays an important role in the prevention of occupational accidents, within the scope of raising OHS awareness by training the employees and taking both collective and individual protection measures. After the study, it was understood that the use of PPE is an important step towards protecting both work safety and life health and safety by minimizing the consequences of occupational accidents and reducing the death rate.
