Sağlıkta mobbingin bibliyometrik incelemesi: Türkiye örneği

Abstract

Mobbing iş yerinde bir kişiye karşı sistematik bir şekilde uygulanan ve uzunca bir süre devam eden yıldırma, aşağılama, korkutma, sindirme ve psikolojik şiddet gibi davranışlardır. Mobbing günümüzde her iş kolunda görülebilen, mağduru fiziksel ve ruhsal yönden etkileyen ve çalışma verimliliğini düşüren önemli bir olgudur. Çalışmada sağlık bilimleri enstitülerinde mobbing olgusu ile ilgili yapılan tezler incelenmiştir. Araştırma verilerine Yüksek Öğretim Kurumu’nun https://tez.yok.gov.tr isimli veri tabanında ulaşılmıştır. Çalışma konusu sağlık sektörü ile sınırlı olduğu için sadece ilgili tezler çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Çalışmada 2007 ile 2022 Kasım ayı arasındaki tezler taranmıştır. Bu çalışmada sağlık sektöründe yaşanan mobbing konusunda yapılan yüksek lisans ve doktora tezlerinn mevcut özellikleri, amaçları, incelenme şekilleri, elde edilen sonuç ve önerileri yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Tezlerde kullanılan yöntemler, örneklem grupları, cinsiyet, ele alınan konular, tezlerin yayınlandığı yıllar, tezlerin yaptırıldığı üniversiteler, yayınlanan ana bilim dalları, danışman ünvanları, tezlerin hacmi ve kaynak sayısı, alan araştırması yapılan il gibi değişkenlerle bibliyometrik analiz yapılmıştır. Ayrıca kelime işlem programı ile tez içeriklerinin tema analizi yapılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda; örneklem grubu, mobbing ile ilgili kavramlar, yönetim ile ilgili konular, anahtar kelimeler ve mobbing ile ilişkili kavramlar ana tema olarak belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra her bir ana tema ile ilişkili alt temalar oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma sonunda sağlık sektöründe en fazla mobbinge maruz kalan meslek grubunun hemşirelik olduğu görülmüştür. Literatürde sağlık sektöründe mobbing konusu ile ilgili yapılan lisansüstü tezlerin içerik analizini yapan çalışmalar mevcuttur. Ancak bu tezleri bibliyometrik yönden inceleyen herhangi bir çalışmaya rastlanmamıştır. Bu yönüyle benzersiz olan bu çalışma, araştırma yapanlar için başvuru yapabilecekleri bir kaynak niteliğindedir.

Mobbing is behaviors such as intimidation, humiliation and psychological violence that are applied systematically against a person in the workplace and continue for a long time. Mobbing is an important factor that can be seen in every business line, affects the victim physically and mentally, and reduces work efficiency. In this study, the theses about mobbing in health sciences institutes were examined. The research data were obtained from the database of the Higher Education Institution, named https://tez.yok.gov.tr. Since the subject of the study is limited to the health sector, only the relevant theses are included in the study. In the study, theses between 2007 and 2022 November were scanned. In this study, the current features, aims, methods of analysis, results and suggestions of master's and doctoral theses on mobbing in the health sector have been tried to be interpreted. A bibliometric analysis was made with variables such as the methods used in the theses, sample groups, gender, topics covered, the years the theses were published, the universities where the theses were made, the departments published, the titles of the advisors, the number of pages and sources of the theses, and the province where the field research was conducted. In addition, thematic analysis of the thesis contents was made with the word processing program. As a result of the analysis; sample group, mobbing-related concepts, management-related issues, keywords and mobbing-related concepts were determined as the main theme. Then, sub-themes associated with each main theme were created. At the end of the research, it was seen that nurses were exposed to mobbing the most in the health sector. In the literature, there are studies that analyze the content of postgraduate theses on the subject of mobbing in the health sector. However, no study has been found that examines theses with the bibliometric analysis method. Therefore, we can say that this study is a unique resource that researchers can refer to.
