Hz. Peygamberin engelli sahabelerle iletişimi

Abstract

Peygamber Efendimiz (s.a.v.), tüm insanlık için her alanda örnek tutum ve davranışlar sergilemiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Peygamber Efendimiz’in (s.a.v.) engelli sahabelerle olan iletişimini incelemek olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ulaşılan sonuçlara göre Peygamber Efendimiz (s.a.v.) engelli sahabelerle yakından ilgilenmiş, onların topluma etkin katılımını desteklemiştir. Engeli olan Muaz Bin Cebel’i Yemen valisi olarak atayan Peygamber Efendimiz (s.a.v.), engelli sahabeleri kritik görevlere getirmiştir. Engelli sahabeleri önemli görevlere getirmekten çekinmeyen Peygamber Efendimiz (s.a.v.) aynı zamanda dışlama ve ötekileştirme gibi davranışlardan uzak durulmasını öğütlemiştir. Peygamber Efendimiz (s.a.v.) tarafından engelli bireylere karşı olumlu yaklaşım, İslam medeniyetlerinden pek çok engelli kişinin önemli görevlerde yer alması ile sonuçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçları, Peygamber Efendimiz (s.a.v.) tarafından engelli bireylere yönelik tutum ve davranışların örnek alınmasında fayda olduğunu göstermektedir.

The Prophet (pbuh) has displayed exemplary attitudes and behaviors for all humanity in every field. The purpose of this study was determined to examine the Prophet's (pbuh) communication with disabled companions. The document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. According to the results obtained, the Prophet (pbuh) took a close interest in disabled companions and supported their active participation in society. The Prophet (pbuh) appointed Muaz Bin Jabal, who was disabled, as the governor of Yemen and assigned disabled companions to critical positions. The Prophet (pbuh), who did not hesitate to assign disabled companions to important positions, also advised people to stay away from behaviors such as exclusion and alienation. The positive approach of the Prophet (pbuh) towards disabled individuals resulted in many disabled individuals from Islamic civilizations taking part in important positions. The results of the study show that it is beneficial to take the attitudes and behaviors of the Prophet (pbuh) towards disabled individuals as an example.
