Burhānuddīn al-Biqāʿī’s Naẓm al-Durar Tafsir: A Study on the Application of Relationship Science in 30th Part

Abstract

al-Biqāʿī, (d. 885/1480) one of the leading Shāfiʿī scholars of the 9th century thought that an important manifestation of the miracle of the al-Qur'ān’s composition is in the meaning relationship between verses and ṣurah. He paid attention to wits and lessons has been put into words since the fourth cen-tury which can be accepted as early about relationships between the verses and surahs. In his own words he wrote a tafsīr on this miraculous spirituality which is manifested on the horizon of science of munāsabah. al-Biqâi named his tafsir Nazm al-Durar, which indicates this meaning, by likening the perfect use of the relationship between the verses and the surahs in the Quran to string pearls on a string. This study is a product of the opinion that an aspect of the iʿcāz can be reached by following the traces of the signs in the harmony of verses and suras. In the article, the findings of readings on al-Biqāʿī’s tafsīr are presented in three headings and it has been tried to manifested original sides of the author. The aim of the study is to contribute to research on munâsabah al-Qur’an. Since the article is a specific study the subject is dealt with in 30th part.

Hicrî 9. yüzyılın önde gelen Şâfiî âlimlerinden olan Bikâî, (öl. 885/1480) Kur’ân nazmındaki mucizeliğin önemli bir tezahürünün âyet ve sûreler arasındaki anlam ilişkisinde olduğunu düşünmüştür. Hicri dördüncü asırdan itibaren âyet ve sûrelerin kendi aralarında teşkil ettiği münasebetlere dair dile getirilmiş nükte ve fâidelere dikkat çekmiştir. Kendi ifadesiyle, münasebet ilmi ufkunda tecelli eden bu mucizevi tenâsübü gözler önüne serecek bir tefsir kaleme almıştır. Bikâî, Kur’ân’da münâsebetin mükemmel bir şekilde kullanılmasını incilerin bir ipe dizilmesine benzeterek tefsirine bu manaya delalet eden Nazmu’d-dürer adını vermiştir. Eser, kendinden önce bu sahada telif edilmiş bilgileri havi oluşu ve kendisinden sonra kaleme alınan tefsirlere de kaynaklık etmesi bakımından ayrı bir önemi haizdir. Bu çalışma, âyet ve sûrelerin tertibinde tecelli eden münasebetlerin izini sürerek nazımdaki i‘câzın bir veçhine ulaşılabileceği kanaatinin mahsulüdür. Makalede Bikâî’nin mezkûr tefsiri üzerine yapılan okumalardan elde edilen bulgular üç başlık halinde sunulmuş ve müellifin konuya dair özgün tarafları ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışmanın münasebet ilmi araştırmalarına katkı sunması amaçlanmıştır. Makale düzeyinde özel bir çalışma olduğu için konu, 30. cüz çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır.
