İş sağlığı ve güvenliği çalışmalarının ilköğretim kurumlarındaki önemi: Bilecik Yenipazar 75. Yıl Cumhuriyet İlkokulu örneği

Abstract

Projenin başlangıcında, okulun çevresel, fiziksel ve sosyal faktörler göz önünde bulundurularak detaylı bir risk analizi yapılmıştır. Çevresel riskler, okulun bulunduğu bölgenin iklim koşulları, coğrafi özellikleri ve doğal afet riski gibi unsurlar dikkate alınarak belirlenmiştir. Fiziksel unsurlar kapsamında okul binasının yapısı, güvenlik tedbirleri ve yangın riski değerlendirilmiştir. Sosyal faktörler arasında ise öğrenci ve okul çalışanlarının güvenliği ve zorbalık gibi konular ele alınmıştır. Projenin ikinci aşamasında, tespit edilen risklerin olasılığı, etkisi ve önemi analiz edilerek öncelik sıralaması oluşturulmuştur. En kritik riskler belirlendikten sonra, bu risklere yönelik çözüm önerileri ve tedbirler geliştirilmiştir. Son aşamada, gerçekleştirilen risk analizi sonuçları ve önerilen çözümler raporlanarak okul yönetimine sunulmuştur. Bu rapor, Bilecik Yenipazar 75. Yıl Cumhuriyet İlkokulu'nun risk yönetimi sürecine katkı sağlamayı hedeflemektedir. Proje, okulun güvenliği ve risk yönetimi konusunda farkındalık oluşturmayı ve okul yönetimine değerli bilgiler sunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu sonuçlar, eğitim kurumlarında iş sağlığı ve güvenliği çalışmalarının önemini vurgulayan önemli bir kaynak niteliğindedir.At the beginning of the project, a detailed risk analysis was carried out, taking into account the school's environmental, physical and social factors. The environmental risks were determined by taking into account the climatic conditions, geographical features and risks of natural disasters in the region where the school is located. Physical factors assessed included the structure of the school building, security measures and fire risk. Social factors included issues such as the safety of students and school staff and bullying. In the second stage of the project, the likelihood, impact and significance of the identified risks were analysed and a priority list was drawn up. Once the most critical risks had been identified, solutions and measures for these risks were developed. In the final phase, the results of the risk analysis and the proposed solutions were presented to the school administration. This report is intended to contribute to the risk management process of Bilecik Yenipazar 75th Year Republic Primary School. The project aims to raise awareness of school safety and risk management and provide valuable information to the school administration. These results are an important resource that emphasises the importance of occupational health and safety in educational institutions.
