Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin okul iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine ilişkin görüşlerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

İş sağlığı ve güvenliği, okul öncesi eğitim döneminden başlayarak farkındalık sahibi olunması beklenen bir konudur. Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili öncü kişiler olmaları beklenmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı iş sağlığı ve güvenliğini okul öncesi öğretmenleri açısından incelemektir. Çalışmada doküman analizi yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Ulaşılan sonuçlara göre okul öncesi öğretmenleri çocukların iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile farkındalık sahibi olmasını sağlayacak kişilerdir. Çalışmada okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili süreçlere aktif katılım göstermesi gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Çocukların ilgisini çekecek etkinliklere yer verilmesi gerekliliği, okul öncesi eğitimde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili vurgulanan hususlardan bir diğeridir.

Occupational health and safety is something that is expected to be possessed from the beginning to the end of the pre-school education period. It protects the rights of individuals regarding occupational health and safety in pre-school education. The aim of this study is to evaluate the scope of occupational health and costs of preschool teachers. Document analysis method was used in the study. According to the preschool teachers reached, they are the people who will ensure that children have occupational health and safety forever. In the study, there is a way that the preschool regime actively participates in features related to occupational health and safety. Requirements regarding the activities in the programs are another issue emphasized regarding occupational health and safety in pre-school education.
