Zirai ilaçlama işlemlerinden çıkan atıkların bertaraf süreçlerinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönünden değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Tarım, dünyadaki gelişimine bağlı olarak en temel gereksinimlerinin karşılanması adına yaşamsal öneme sahip olduğu surece önemini her zaman koruyacak bir alan ve sektördür. Dünyadaki nüfus hızının artışı, gıda ihtiyacının ve tarıma bağlı sektörlerin gelişiminin ivme kazanması ve buna paralel olarak da tarım sektörünün öneminin daha da artması sektörde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili yürütülen çalışmaların kayda değer bir ilerleme göstermesine vesile olmuş, Haziran 2012’de 6331 sayılı Kanunla yasal olarak tarım çalışanlarının da iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili haklara kavuşmasıyla birlikte bu çalışmalara daha da hız kazanmıştır. Bu çalışmayla, en tehlikeli sektörlerden biri olan tarımda iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusu gündeme getirilmiştir. Amaca yönelik oluşturulan protokollerin uygulanacak olması ile hem tarım sektörüne yönelik yapılacak faaliyetlerde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği adına duyarlılığın artırılması, hem de tarım sektörü çalışanlarının özellikle zirai ilaçların kullanımına yönelik kendi sağlık ve güvenlikleri ile ilgili almaları gereken önlemler, geliştirmeleri gereken güvenli davranış kuralları hakkında bilgilendirilmeleri ve sektörel anlamda çalışma bilinci oluşturulması amaçlanmaktadır.

With this study, the issue of occupational health and safety in agriculture, which is one of the most dangerous sectors, has been brought to the agenda.With the implementation of the protocolscreated for the purpose, both in the activities to be carried out for the agricultural sectorincreasingsensitivity in the name of occupational health and safety, as well as agricultural sector employees,especiallypesticidesthe precautions they should take regarding their own health and safety, the safe code of conduct they should developand to create awareness of working in the sectoral sense.
