Türkiye'de madencilik sektörü üzerine yapılmış İSG çalışmalarının incelenmesi

Abstract

Madencilik sektörü, Türkiye ekonomisi için önemli bir yere sahip olup, ülkenin doğal kaynaklarının etkin bir şekilde kullanılmasında kritik bir rol oynamaktadır. Son yıllarda artan küresel talep, teknolojik gelişmeler ve çevresel düzenlemeler, madencilik sektörünü sürekli bir değişim ve dönüşüm sürecinde tutmaktadır. Literatür taraması sonucunda Türkiye’de madenciliğin farklı sektörlerine ilişkin birçok bilimsel çalışmanın olduğu görülmektedir. Birçok çalışmanın olmasına rağmen bu çalışmaların genel durumunu ortaya koyan bilimsel çalışmaya rastlanmamıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye'de madencilik alanında yapılmış yüksek lisans ve doktora tezlerini kapsamlı bir şekilde incelemek ve bu çalışmaların genel eğilimlerini, araştırma konularını ve sektöre olan katkılarını ortaya koymaktır. Bu çalışma, madencilik sektöründe iş sağlığı ve güvenliği (İSG) alanındaki lisansüstü tezlerin kapsamlı bir analizini sunmaktadır. 2012-2024 yılları arasında Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında yer alan 49 tez, araştırma yöntemleri, üniversiteler, ana bilim dalları, dil ve diğer değişkenler açısından incelenmiştir. Madencilik sektörü ile ilgili olarak yürütülmüş olan yüksek lisans ve doktora tezlerinin incelenmesi amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından öncelikle tez inceleme formu oluşturulmuş, ardından da konuya ilişkin tezler ayrıntılı bir biçimde incelenmiş ve elde edilen veriler kaydedilmiştir. Yapılan inceleme sonucunda elde edilen veriler betimleyici istatistik analizi ile analiz edilmiş ve ulaşılan sonuçlar hesaplanarak frekans ve yüzdeler tablo haline getirilmiştir. Son olarak da elde edilen bulgular alanyazın ışığında tartışılmış, literatürdeki diğer çalışmalarla karşılaştırmalar yapılmış ve öneriler sunulmuştur.

The mining sector has an important place in the Türkiye’s economy and plays a critical role in the efficient use of the country's natural resources. In recent years, increasing global demand, technological developments and environmental regulations have been keeping the mining sector in a constant process of change and transformation. As a result of the literature review, it is seen that there are many scientific studies on different sectors of mining in Türkiye. Despite the existence of many studies, no scientific study that reveals the general status of these studies has been found. The aim of this study is to comprehensively examine the master's and doctoral theses conducted in the field of mining in Turkey and to reveal the general inclinations, research topics and contributions of these studies to the sector. This study provides an extensive analysis of postgraduate theses in the field of occupational health and safety (OHS) in the mining sector. 49 theses belong to 2012-2024 in the National Thesis Center database were examined in terms of research methods, universities, main branches of science, language and other variables. In order to examine the master's and doctoral theses conducted in the mining sector, a thesis review form was first created by the researcher. Then, the theses related to the subject were examined in detail and the obtained data were recorded. As a result of this examination, the obtained data were analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis and the obtained results were calculated, after that the frequencies and percentages were transformed into a chart. At last, the obtained findings were discussed in the light of the literature, comparisons were made with other studies in the literature and suggestions were presented.
