TOPLUM 5.0: DİJİTAL DÖNÜŞÜMLE SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR BİR GELECEK İNŞASI

Abstract

Toplum 5.0, dijital teknolojilerin insan merkezli bir yaklaşımla toplumsal sorunların çözümüne entegre edilmesini hedefleyen yenilikçi bir vizyondur. Bu çalışmada, toplum modellerinin tarihsel gelişimi incelenmiş; avcı-toplayıcı toplumdan süper akıllı toplum modeline kadar uzanan süreç kavramsal bir çerçevede ele alınmıştır. Toplum 5.0’ın temel ilkeleri, yapay zekâ (YZ), nesnelerin interneti (IoT) ve büyük veri teknolojilerinin insan yaşamıyla bütünleşmesi bağlamında üzerinde durulmuştur. Ayrıca, Toplum 5.0’ın Birleşmiş Milletler Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleri (SDG’ler) ile olan uyumu, çevresel sürdürülebilirlik, toplumsal eşitlik ve ekonomik büyüme ilişkisi ekseninde değerlendirilmiştir. Sağlık hizmetlerinin dijitalleşmesi, eğitimde kişiselleştirilmiş öğrenme sistemleri ve sanayi sektöründe akıllı üretim uygulamalarının toplum refahına katkıları üzerinde durulmuştur. Sonuç bölümünde, Toplum 5.0’ın gelecekte karşılaşabileceği veri güvenliği, dijital eşitsizlik ve teknolojik bağımlılık gibi riskler ele alınmıştır. Bu risklerin minimize edilmesi için geliştirilebilecek stratejiler ve politikalar tartışılmış; sürdürülebilir ve kapsayıcı bir dijital dönüşümün sağlanabilmesi için insan merkezli yaklaşımların önemi vurgulanmıştır.

Society 5.0 is an innovative vision that aims to integrate digital technologies into solving social problems through a human-centered approach. This study examines the historical development of societal models, analyzing the transition from hunter-gatherer societies to the super-smart society within a conceptual framework. The fundamental principles of Society 5.0 are emphasized in the context of integrating artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data technologies into human life. Additionally, the alignment of Society 5.0 with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is evaluated, focusing on the relationship between environmental sustainability, social equity, and economic growth. The digitalization of healthcare services, personalized learning systems in education, and smart manufacturing applications in the industrial sector are emphasized in terms of their contributions to societal welfare. In the conclusion section, potential risks that Society 5.0 may face in the future, such as data security, digital inequality, and technological dependency, are addressed. Strategies and policies to mitigate these risks are proposed, emphasizing the importance of human-centered approaches in ensuring a sustainable and inclusive digital transformation.
