Tarımda devlet destekleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, tarım sektörünün ekonomik açıdan önemi ve tarım sektöründe devlet desteklerinin etkileri incelenmektedir. Çalışmanın giriş kısmında tarımın tarihsel seyri, günümüzdeki stratejik rolü, önemi ve sürdürülebilirliğinin korunması hususların öneminden bahsedilmiştir. Çalışmamda Türkiye’de tarımsal desteklerin tarihsel süreç içerisindeki gelişimi, Cumhuriyetin ilk yıllarından günümüze kadar detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir Bunun dışında tarımdaki devlet destek türleri ( Pazar fiyat desteği, doğrudan gelir desteği, dolaylı gelir desteği ve genel hizmetler) ile Türkiye’ de uygulanan devlet destek türleri (mazot, sigorta, gübre, kırsal kalkınma) incelenmektedir. Sonuç kısmında ise tarımsal desteklerin üretimde sürdürülebilirlik açısından, kırsal kalkınma ve ekonomik büyüme açısından önemi vurgulanmış, etkinlik ve verimlilik açısından değerlendirilmesi gerektiği ifade edilmiştir.

This study examines the economic significance of the agricultural sector and the effects of government subsidies in this field. In the introduction, the historical development of agriculture, its current strategic role, importance, and the necessity of preserving its sustainability are emphasized. In my study, the historical development of agricultural subsidies in Turkey, from the early years of the Republic to the present, has been analyzed in detail. Additionally, the types of government subsidies in agriculture (market price support, direct income support, indirect income support, and general services) and the types of subsidies implemented in Turkey (fuel, insurance, fertilizer, and rural development) are discussed. In the conclusion section, the importance of agricultural subsidies in terms of production sustainability, rural development, and economic growth is highlighted, and it is stated that they should be evaluated in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.
