Osmaneli ilçe merkezinde kültürel miras değerlerin korunması ve turizme kazandırılması konusunda yapılabileceklerin belirlenmesi: kavramsal bir analiz

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Osmaneli ilçe merkezinde kültürel mirasın korunmasına ve turizme kazandırılmasına yönelik yapılabileceklerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada literatür taraması yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular içerik analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada, kültür turizminde gelişme yakalamış olan Beypazarı, Safranbolu ve Cumalıkızık’ta kültürel turizmin gelişmesine ilişkin yapılmış olan akademik çalışmalar incelenerek, Osmaneli’nde turizm ve koruma konusunda nelerin yapılabileceğinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, 21 ampirik çalışma analiz edilmiştir. Nitekim, 112 kavram/kavram seti, 13 kategori ve 4 tema oluşturulmuştur. Birinci tema “turizm çekicilikleri”, ikinci tema “turizmin olumlu etkileri”, üçüncü tema “turizmin olumsuz etkileri”, dördüncü tema “turizmin gelişmesi için öneriler” olarak belirlenmiştir. Ortaya çıkan bulgulardan hareketle kapsamlı bir bakış açısı geliştirerek Osmaneli için bütünleştirici bir çerçeve oluşturmaya çalışılmıştır. Osmaneli’nin iç turizmde adından başarıyla söz edilen bir kent durumuna gelebilmesi, ekonomik hayatının dönüşmesi ve canlanması ve kentin fiziksel olarak dönüşüm içine girmesi için yapılan planlamaların yanı sıra turizm pazarlama stratejileri de oluşturması gerekmektedir. Yerel yönetimlerin, üniversitelerin, sivil toplum kuruluşlarının ve yerel halkın iş birliği ile alana ilişkin tanıtım ve imaj çalışmaları yapılarak destinasyonun tanınırlığı arttırılmalıdır. Osmaneli ilçesinin bütün doğal ve kültürel turizm potansiyeli belirlenerek alternatif turizm çeşitleri geliştirilmelidir.In this study, it is aimed to determine what can be done to protect the cultural heritage in Osmaneli and to bring it to tourism. Literature review method has been used in the study. The obtained findings has been by content analysis method. In the study, it is aimed to determine what can be done about tourism and protection in Osmaneli by examining the academic studies on the development of cultural tourism in Beypazarı, Safranbolu and Cumalıkızık, which have developed in cultural tourism. Within the scope of the study, 21 empirical studys have been analyzed. As a matter of fact, 112 concept/concept sets, 13 categories and 5 themes has been created. The first theme is "tourism attractions", the second theme is "positive effects of tourism", the third theme is "negative effects of tourism", the fourth theme is "suggestions for the development of tourism", and the fifth theme is "other types of tourism that can be developed". Based on the findings, a comprehensive perspective has been developed and an integrative framework for Osmaneli has been tried to be created. Become a city that mentions the name of Osmaneli succesfully in domestic tourism, economic revival and the transformation of life and the physical transformation of the city for tourism planning as well as needs to develop marketing strategies. There cognition of the destination should be increased by carrying out promotional and image studies related to the are a with the cooperation of local government, university, non-governmental organizations and local people. All natural and cultural tourism potential of Osmaneli district should be determined and alternative tourism types should be developed.
