Bir ilkokul binasının fiziksel yapısının iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından incelenmesi

Abstract

Günümüzde sürekli ilerleyen teknolojiye, gelişen sanayiye bağlı olarak insana verilen değer artmıştır ve bunun doğrultusunda her kurumda olduğu gibi eğitim kurumunda da iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine daha da önem verilmeye başlanmıştır. Diğer kurumlarda çalışan elemanların, personelin, işçilerin okullarda eğitimcilerin ve öğrencilerin çalışma sırasında sağlığını olumsuz etkileyecek iş sağlığı ve güvenliği meselesiyle ilgili negatif durumlara neden olan fiziki ve çevresel tesirler vb. unsurlardan oluştuğunu göstermektedir. Bu proje çalışmasında bir ilkokulun okul binasının tüm fiziksel özelliklerine bakılıp, fiziksel koşulların iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine uygun olup olmadığı incelenmiştir. Eğitim kurumlarında özellikle ilkokul eğitim kurumlarında öğrencilerin yaşı gereği bina yapısının her koşuldan incelenip öğrencilerin oluşabilecek kazalardan korunması amaçlanmıştır. İlkokulda eğitim gören öğrenci yaşı 7-10 yaş aralığındadır, bu yaş grubu oldukça hareketlidir ve okullarda kazaların önlenmesi için fiziksel koşullarında tam ve sağlıklı bir şekilde düzenlenmesinden bahsedilmiştir. Dersliklerden, spor salonundan, yemekhanesinden, bahçeden, tuvaletlerden, merdivenler ve elektrik panosuna kadar tüm koşullara bakılmıştır. Bu çalışmada bir okulun mevcut koşulları, olumlu ve olumsuz durumları dikkatlice incelenip elde edilen bilgiler ışığında eğitim öğretim yeri olan okullarımız daha güvenli hale getirilmesi için gereken literatür taraması yapılmış, her detay iletilmeye çalışılmıştır.Nowadays, the value given to people has increased due to constantly advancing technology and developing industry, and accordingly, more importance has begun to be given to occupational health and safety in educational institutions, as in every institution. In this project study, all physical features of a primary school's school building were examined and whether the physical conditions were suitable for occupational health and safety. In educational institutions, especially in primary school education institutions, it is aimed to protect the students from possible accidents by examining the building structure under all conditions due to the age of the students. The age of students studying in primary school is between 7-10 years old, this age group is quite active and it is mentioned that their physical conditions should be arranged in a complete and healthy way in order to prevent accidents in schools. All conditions, from classrooms, gym, dining hall, garden, toilets, stairs and electrical panel, have been taken care of. In this study, the current conditions, positive and negative situations of a school were carefully examined, and in the light of the information obtained, the necessary literature review was made to make our schools, which are places of education, safer, and every detail was tried to be conveyed.
