Göç literatüründe kavram karışıklığının toplumda algılanması

Abstract

Göç olgusu, insanlık tarihinin başlangıcından bu yana bireyleri derinden etkileyerek toplumlarda bir takım değişikliklere neden olduğu görülmektedir. Bu hareketliliğin nedenlerini incelediğimiz de ise aslında, nedenleri ne olursa olsun daha iyi bir yaşam için yer değiştirme amacı olduğunu görmekteyiz. Bu çalışma kapsamında Arap Baharı etkisinde Suriye’de yaşanan iç savaşın oluşturmuş olduğu kitlesel göç hareketleriyle birlikte ortaya çıkan hukuki zeminde göç edenlere ilişkin olarak statülerin karıştırılmasına yönelik bir araştırma yapılacaktır. Öncelikle göçün tanımına, nedenlerine ve türlerine ilişkin bilgi verildikten sonra, Arap Baharı’nın etkisiyle gelişen Suriye iç savaşı ve Türkiye’nin tutumu ele alınacaktır. Bunun ardında göçe ilişkin oluşan hukuksal statüler tek tek incelenerek toplum gözünde yanlış bilinenler aydınlatılmaya çalışılacaktır. Hukuka rağmen toplumun algısı ve bu algının oluşmasındaki nedenler tek tek incelenecektir. Bu incelemede, araştırmalarda ve haberlerde yer alan yabancı karşıtlığı ve medyanın gözünden toplumda algı oluşturmaya yönelik yapmış olduğu veriler dahilinde topluma yansıması ve toplumun bu durumu algılamasını analiz edilecektir. Böylece bu çalışma kapsamında literatürdeki tanımlamalar ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelenerek, toplumu aydınlatmak adına bir göç kılavuzu çalışması oluşacaktır.

Since the beginning of human history, the phenomenon of migration has deeply affected individuals and caused a number of changes in societies. When we examine the reasons for this mobility, we see that, in fact, regardless of the reasons, the aim is to relocate for a better life. Within the scope of this study, a research will be conducted on the confusion of statuses regarding the migrants on the legal grounds that emerged with the mass migration movements caused by the civil war in Syria under the influence of the Arab Spring. Firstly, after providing information on the definition, causes and types of migration, the Syrian civil war, which developed under the influence of the Arab Spring, and Turkey's attitude will be discussed. Subsequently, the legal status of migration will be analysed one by one in order to clarify the misconceptions in the eyes of the society. Despite the law, the perception of the society and the reasons behind this perception will be analysed one by one. In this examination, anti-foreigner sentiment in researches and news and its reflection on the society within the data that the media has made to create perception in the society from the eyes of the media and the perception of the society will be analysed. Thus, within the scope of this study, the definitions in the literature will be examined in detail and a migration guide study will be formed in order to enlighten the society.
