Okulların mali durumları ve bütçe yönetiminde yaşanılan sorunlar: Bilecik ili örneği

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı okullarda yaşanılan mali sorunlara Bilecik ilinde bulunan okul müdürlerinin görüşleri çerçevesinde ışık tutmak ve yaşanılan sorunlara ilişkin çözüm önerileri sunmaktır. Bu bağlamda ele alınan konulara özet olarak değinilecek olursa; ülkemizde okulların ana finansman çatısı olan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı bütçesi irdelenmiş ve bütçenin durumu ile ilgili olarak yıllara yayılmış istatistiki veriler ile bütçenin durumu ortaya konmuş daha sonra okulların gelir kaynakları ve giderlerine ilişkin yazıma yer verilmiştir. Daha sonra bütçe yönetimi kaynak arayışına ilişkin yapılan araştırmalara değinilmiştir. Okul müdürlerinin okulların mali durumlarına ilişkin görüşlerini ele almak amacıyla nitel görüşme yöntemine dayalı anket çalışması yapılmış ve okul müdürlerinin görüşleri olduğu gibi aktarılmıştır.The main purpose of thisresearch is toshedlight on the financial problems experienced in schools within the framework of theopinions of school principals in Bilecik province and to present solution suggestion sregarding the problems experienced.
