Muaddel Latin hûrufiyle Elifbâ-yı Türkî Projesi adlı eserin transkripsiyon ve değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Arap alfabesinden Latin alfabesine geçilmesi gerekliliği hakkında Istepan Karayan tarafından kaleme alınan Mu’addel Latin hurufiyle Elifba-yı Türkî Projesi adlı Osmanlıca metnin transkripsiyon ve incelemesi yapılmıştır. Karayan’ın kaleme aldığı ve çalışmamıza konu olan kitapta, yeni Türk alfabesinin en sade ve öğrenmenin en kolay alfabe olduğu çeşitli gerekçelerle açıklanmaktadır. Bu kitabın transkripsiyonu ışığında; milli bir alfabe projesinin nasıl geliştirildiği ele alınarak detaylı bir araştırma yapılmıştır.

In this study, transcription and examination of the Ottoman text Mu’addel Latin hurûfiyle Elifba-yı Türkî Projesi [Turkish Alphabet Project with Modified Latin letters] written by Istepan Karayan was made about the necessity of switching from Arabic to Latin alphabet. In the book written by Karayan, which is the subject of our study, the new Turkish alphabet is explained on various grounds that it is the simplest and easiest Alphabet to learn. In the light of the transcription of this book, a detailed research has been carried out on how to develop a national Alphabet project.
