Davranış Problemi Olan Çocuklarla İlgili Öğretmen Görüşlerinin İncelenmesi: Meta Sentez Çalışması

Abstract

Davranış problemleri çocuğun gelişim süreçleri içerisinde kendisini, ailesini, okul hayatını genel olarak sosyal yaşantısını büyük ölçüde etkilediği için büyük öneme sahiptir. Yapılan bu çalışmayla Türkiye’de çocuklarda görülen davranış problemlerinin neler olduğunu tespit etmek, nedenlerinin neler olduğunu saptamak ve bunlara öğretmenlerin nasıl çözüm yolları sunduğunu incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda 8 nitel çalışmaya yer verilen bu çalışmada nitel araştırma modeli benimsenmiş ve meta sentez çalışması yapılmıştır. Çalışmada Google Akademik ve Millet Kütüphanesi veri tabanından yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmalar çalışmanın; nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılması, Türkiye’de yapılmış olması, sonuçlarının davranış problemi olan çocukların problem davranışlarının neler olduğu, nedenleri ve bu problem davranışlara sunulan çözüm önerileri olması kriterlerine göre çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Yapılmış olan bu meta sentez çalışması sonucunda davranış problemi olan çocuklarda en çok fiziksel ve duygusal davranışlar görülmüş olup bunlardan en çok saldırganlık davranışının öne çıktığı görülmektedir. Bunların da en önemli nedenlerinin aile içi sorunlar ve okul aile iş birliğinin yeterli olmaması bulunmuştur. Araştırma davranış problemi olan çocukların akran zorbalığına da maruz kaldığını ortaya koymaktadır. Bu noktada öğretmenlerin, uzmanların, ailenin ve rehberlik servisinin aktif bir şekilde rol alması ve çocuğa yönelik bireyselleştirilmiş müdahale planı oluşturulması, yeni evlenen ailelere eğitim verilmesi çocuklarda davranış problemlerini en aza indireceğini veya ortadan kaldırabileceği düşünülmektedir.
