Avrupa’nın iki ötekisi olarak Türkiye ve Rusya’nın ittifak arayışı

Abstract

Irak, Suriye, Lübnan ekseninde yeniden kurgulanan Orta Doğu politikasında, Türkiye'nin kendisine biçilen rolü, yeni Orta Doğu haritasıyla birlikte kabul etmemesi oyun kurucu olamasa da oyun bozucu bir noktada konumlanması bu darbe (15 Temmuz 2016) girişiminin uluslararası sacayağını oluşturabilir. Çünkü Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, Irak ve Suriye’de bu oyunu bozacağız demiştir. Batı, Türkiye’de yönetimin değişmesini istiyordu. Özerk bir dış politika yapımından da son derece rahatsızdır. Örneğin; Halep kuşatmasını delen Türkiye oldu. Bir zaman vekâlet savaşlarıyla Türkiye’yi zayıflatmaya çalışsalar da baktılar ki olmuyor, darbe yapalım dediler. İçerideki piyonları da kırk yıldır özenle büyüttükleri Fetöcülerdir. Tabi denklemin içine dört yıldır Putin’i yıkmaya çalıştıklarını, Rusya-Türkiye yakınlaşmasını istemediklerini de koymak lazım. Bu tabloda uçak düşürme hadisesi (24 Kasım 2015), aslında Türkiye’yi yalnızlaştırma çabası olarak da görülebilir. Çünkü uçak düşürme hadisesinden sonra Batı destek vermekten ziyade Orta Doğu’da Türkiye’yi iyice kıskaca almış ve işin tuhaf tarafı da gerek Erdoğan’a gerekse Putin’e yöneltilen eleştiriler aynıdır: Otoriterleşme. Bu aynı zamanda iç kamuoyundaki algı operasyonunun da bir parçası olmuştur. Batı her şeyi iyi kurgulamıştır, Türkiye’nin bir taraftan dışarıda elini kolunu bağlamaya çalışırken, diğer taraftan içeride halk desteğini azaltma gayreti içerisindedir.

On the axis of Iraq, Syria and Lebanon the Middle Eastern politics are once again being re constructed. Turkey does not accept the role it has been admitted, along with not accepting the new Middle East map. And althogh not being a game maker, positioning itself as a game spoiler in the middle east created an international reason of this coup (15 July 2016) attempt being legit because President Erdogan said "We will spoil the game in Iraq and Syria". So obviously The West wanted change in Turkeys governing management. Having an autonomous (self governing) foreign policy made them very uncomfortable. For example Turkey piercing the siege of Allepo. Whilst trying to weaken Turkey with proxy wars, they realized it not working and said lets do a coup. The pawns that they used were the ones they had themselves carefully grown over 40 years, members of the Fethullah terrorist organisation. Of course we have to put into the equation that for four years they tried to rid of Putin, and that they did not want Russia-Turkey convergence to form. The incident of the plane downing (24 November 2015) can actually be seen as an effort to keep Turkey alone because after the incident, the West rather than supporting us tried to clamp down on us in the middle east. An even more bizarre side was that criticisms torwards Erdogan and Putin were the same: Authoritarianism. At the same time this is also became a part of the internal public opinion perception operation The west had fictionalised everything, whilst trying to shackle our hands and feet outside, on the inside they were in an effort to decrease the publics support.
