الأحاديث التي أعلّها ابن عمّار الشهيد في كتابه علل الأحاديث في صحيح مسلم (دراسة تحليلية نقدية)

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة نقدية لأحد أوائل المصنفات التي وجهت انتقادًا علميًا لصحيح الإمام مسلم، وهو كتاب "علل الأحاديث في صحيح مسلم "للحافظ أبي الفضل ابن عمار الشهيد (ت: 265ه). فقد أعلّ المؤلف في هذا الكتاب ستة وثلاثين حديثًا وردت في صحيح مسلم، من حيث الأسانيد والمتون، مستندًا إلى قواعد علم الحديث وأصوله، واعتبرها ضعيفة لوجود علل خفية مؤثرة. وقد سلك الباحث في هذا العمل منهجًا نقديًا تحليليًا، استقرأ فيه الأحاديث المعلّة، وقام بتحليلها في ضوء أقوال أئمة النقد من المتقدمين والمتأخرين، مع بيان الفروق في الأسانيد واختلاف الروايات، ودراسة أحوال الرواة، وجمع الطرق، وموازنة الأقوال حول كل حديث. كما تم توظيف منهجية نقدية دقيقة، شملت تتبع الأدلة والقرائن التي اعتمدها ابن عمار في التعليل، وقياس مدى قوة علله وتأثيرها على صحة الحديث. ويسعى البحث إلى تقييم مدى دقة أحكام ابن عمار في تعليله لتلك الأحاديث، والكشف عن مدى انضباط منهجه النقدي، وبيان نسبة الإصابة والخطأ فيه، عبر عرض كلامه، ثم مناقشته بالرجوع إلى أقوال العلماء، ومقارنتها بما استخلصه الباحث من قرائن ومقاصد علم العلل، وصولًا إلى ترجيح علمي دقيق لكل حديث.

This study presents a critical analysis of one of the earliest works to evaluate and critique the Ṣaḥīḥ of Imām Muslim: “ʿIlal al-Aḥādīth fī Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim” by the renowned ḥadīth scholar Abū al-Faḍl Ibn ʿAmmār al-Shahīd (d. 265 AH). In this work, the author identified thirty-six narrations from Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim as weak due to hidden defects (ʿilal) found in their chains of transmission and textual content, relying on the foundational principles and methodology of ḥadīth criticism. The research adopts a critical and analytical approach by thoroughly examining the criticized narrations, analyzing them in light of the evaluations of early and later ḥadīth scholars. It investigates isnād variations, discrepancies among narrators, and textual analysis. The study also explores the evidences and reasoning Ibn ʿAmmār employed in his critiques, and evaluates the degree to which those defects impact the authenticity of the narrations. The primary objective is to assess the accuracy of Ibn ʿAmmār’s judgments regarding the reliability of the aḥādīth he critiqued, highlighting the extent to which his conclusions align with established principles of ḥadīth criticism. Each narration is reviewed through a three-stage process: presenting Ibn ʿAmmār’s critique, summarizing the opinions of other scholars, and offering a final evaluation based on gathered evidence and comparative analysis.
